What is online coaching?

 

Online coaching is a great option for clients who haven't found success by going to the gym or trying to "diet" on their own. With online coaching, Lucy will assess your current fitness level, lifestyle, diet and gain an understanding of what goals you'd like to achieve. 

 

Exercise:

We will set you up with your own account on our app, where we design a guided workout plan especially tailored to you, for you to do at home or at the gym, based on your preference. 

Usually, we would program 3-4 workouts per week, but it will depend on how much time you can set aside to work out each week. We encourage lots of movement throughout the day too and will ask you to keep track of your steps.

 

Nutrition:

We ask you for some basic information so we can calculate your personalised macros and calories for you to work from. We will guide you on how to do this, and send you lots of helpful information to read to help educate you on all things food and fitness, to help you on your journey to better health.

 

Throughout your time working with Lucy, you will have 24/7 access to her for help via message or email, and you can schedule a time for her to call you if you are particularly struggling with anything. You will also be added to a WhatsApp support group, with all the women on our program, where we share helpful tips, recipes and support one another through any challenging days

  • Space on the app to upload your progress photos and measurements.
     

  • Access to our private WhatsApp support group, with other women on the same program as you. ​
     

  • Multiple, informative PDF documents, educating you on all you need to know to help you reach your goals, and how to live a healthy but balanced lifestyle.​
     

  • Help with your nutrition, including meal ideas and how to hit your macros. ​
     

  • Tips on how to manage social events, meals out and holidays. 
     

  • Best of all, you'll learn everything you need to know about fitness and nutrition, so you that you have the tools to sustain and maintain your goal weight and shape, forever! 

Pricing options:

 

3 months coaching

£200 per month (For a minimum duration of 3 months, paid via direct debit every 4 weeks)

 

6 months + coaching

£150 per month (For a minimum duration of 6 months, paid via direct debit every 4 weeks)
