Circuit Training Class

This class is aimed at intermediate to advanced ability, but doesn’t exclude anyone wanting to get back into fitness, Lucy can adapt exercises to suit beginners, or lower level fitness abilities.

 

With a maximum number of 10 ladies per class, the focus will be on you, making sure your technique is perfected each week. This is a fun, energetic class, with ever changing exercises to help you build strength and stamina. A mix of boxing, weights and body weighted exercises, you’re sure to burn up a sweat and get great results! 

 

 

The price for this 6 week course

£60 (£10 a class) 

 

The class runs on Tuesdays at 9:30-10:30
