Personal Training

Having a personal training session here in the LM Fitness private studio is a great way to kick start your health and fitness journey. Whether you’ve not exercised for a while and need some motivation, or you’re looking to further increase your fitness level and build more muscle, we will help you to achieve your personal goals.  


​Lucy will keep you motivated through your training programme with healthy eating guidance, regular advice and accountability, to stay on track to help support your training. By making sure you get all the right foods to fuel your body, whilst still being able to enjoy delicious meals and snacks, and with weekly weigh-ins and measurements, it will be unlikely that you will fall off track! 


As a private studio client, you will also receive free access to Lucy’s health & fitness app. 

You will be signed up to it with your own private account, where you will be able to make use of other programmed workouts in your own time, helpful information on nutrition, a space to log your progress like measurements and weight, and an in-app messaging service where you can contact Lucy anytime for support outside of your sessions, to help keep you on track. 


You will also have the option to be added to a private WhatsApp group with all of Lucy’s other like-minded clients. This is a fun, interactive, safe space to help each other with health tips, recipes and congratulate each other on reaching personal goals along the way.

Block of 20 sessions

£980 (£49 per session)

Doubles 2-1 session 

£90 (£45 per person, per session)
