Mum and Baby Class

The beauty of this class is that you’re welcome to bring your baby along and keep an eye on your them whilst you get in some much needed ‘you’ time.

 

With a maximum of ten ladies per class, Lucy can make sure each individual is practising the correct technique for each exercise and can also give alternative exercises or easier options, depending on your level of fitness.

The class is based around full body circuit style training, which incorporates a mix of cardio, body weight, small weighted exercises and a bit of boxing. With new exercises to try each week, you will constantly be challenged, with post-natal recovery in mind. Lucy will be sure to keep this class fun and energetic with great music to keep you motivated!

These classes run as a course of 6 one hour sessions, every week consecutively.

 

 

The price for each course is:

£60 (£10 a class) 

 

The class runs on Tuesdays @ 10:45-11:45
